ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Adam is a director, dramaturg, creative technologist and theatre-maker. A major focus of his work is the development of new musicals and music-led work.

In 2020 he co founded THEATRICAL SOLUTIONS, a creative technology company that specialises in digital solutions for live theatre and events.
His solo show ANYTHING THAT WE WANTED TO BE which he wrote and performed was developed as part of Camden People’s Theatre Starting Blocks residency and made its world premiere there in 2022.
Adam was selected as one of the STAGE 100 in 2021 for his work in musical theatre and creative technology. His book BREAKING INTO SONG - WHY YOU SHOULDN’T HATE MUSICALS, has recently been published by Salamander Street Press. Alan Cumming described it as “A fascinating cri de coeur that made me question everything I think about musicals.” and Lyn Gardner called it “A passionate and cogently argued call to arms and a very enjoyable read”.

Lia is a dynamic and accomplished theatre producer and arts administrator with a proven track record across the commercial, subsidised, and independent sectors. With a deep-rooted passion for live performance and a commitment to creative excellence, she brings strategic insight, operational precision, and a collaborative spirit to every project she undertakes
Her career spans a broad spectrum of high-profile productions and respected institutions, including work with ENGLISH NATIONAL BALLET, supporting large-scale ballet and dance productions, as well as major West End and Broadway shows such as WICKED, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, and MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET. She has also contributed to innovative and devised work at BATTERSEA ARTS CENTRE (BAC), and managed production contracts with venues such as THE BROADWAY, BARKING.Her creative work spans writing, producing, directing, and choreography. Highlights include HEART OF WINTER (Writer, Producer & Director, with Tim Connor), THE MUSICAL OF MUSICALS, THE MUSICAL! (Director/Choreographer, Throwaway Theatre, Edinburgh Fringe – Winner, Fringe Sell-Out Award), LITTLE FISH (Assistant Director, Pact Imagination Theatre), TARTUFFE (Producer, Amo Theatre), and ELEGIES FOR ANGELS, PUNKS and RAGING QUEENS (Producer, Acthea Festival, France).
