FLYBY by Theo Jamieson

Timelapse were development producers on FLYBY, a new musical by Theo Jamieson. From its earliest stages, we worked alongside the writer to develop the show’s form, storytelling and theatrical language, helping shape an ambitious new musical that combines an intimate relationship drama with the epic scale of space exploration. Following a period of research, including a workshop and public reading at the National Theatre, FLYBY received its world premiere at Southwark Playhouse Borough in 2026, directed by Timelapse Artistic Director Adam Lenson.

Following an award-winning run at VAULT Festival, where it won both the People’s Choice Award and an Origins Award for Outstanding New Work, THE LIMIT is currently in development with Timelapse as it moves towards its next stage.

TURING by Darren Clark & Rhys Jennings

TURING is an anthemic new musical by Darren Clark and Rhys Jennings exploring the extraordinary life and inner world of Alan Turing : mathematician, wartime codebreaker and father of modern computing. Moving beyond the familiar story of Bletchley Park, the musical explores Turing’s sexuality, spirituality and relentless search to understand the universe. First commissioned by Adam Lenson and now in development with Timelapse, TURING asks what it costs to see the future before the rest of the world is ready for it.
